3) For other returns, refunds will be based on purchase price only minus all shipping & handling costs. On returns with free shipping to the customer, the refunded amount will be the purchase price minus all shipping & handling costs.
4) Except for qualified free return, a full refund minus all shipping & handling costs will be issued after receipt of the returned item.
