Vintage Old Green Glass Ice Bucket with a Silver Coating and Brass Top Rings

Here is a really neat old green glass ice bucket with a silver coating on the outside and a brass top and rings.  It is 9" high and 7 1/2" across the top.  This is in used condition with signs of use and age related wear.
There are light scratches on the outside and on the bottom wear it sits.  There are a couple tiny dings in the brass on the top rim and one of the side rings is a little bent.  The top ring piece has the brass showing through from polishing the silver coating over the years.  When I turned this around and over, I hear "debris" which I think is from the old cement
deteriorating
under the brass ring?  The ring is not loose, it is tightly on the green glass.  We have no idea how old this is but we think it is pretty old, we never saw an ice bucket like this.  It weighs about 3 lbs.
