Plug the PMK5800 into your 12-volt accessory output or cigarette lighter, and you'll enjoy safe, convenient calling with no installation worries. And you'll enjoy crisp sound on all your calls, thanks to Parrot's noise- and echo-reducing technologies.
The PMK5800's built-in FM transmitter relays calls to your car's FM receiver so you can hear your caller over the vehicle's speakers. Just set the transmitter to a clear frequency on your radio, and you can make and receive calls while keeping your attention on the road. The PMK5800 alerts you to incoming calls with an audible ringtone and a blinking light, so you won't miss a call if you're listening to another source on your car stereo. And thanks to the built-in voice recognition software, you can quickly dial up to 150 contacts with a compatible phone just by speaking their names.
You can connect an MP3 player to the PMK5800's minijack auxiliary input or mini-USB cable, and play music through your stereo even if your car doesn't have an auxiliary input. Or use the PMK5800's Bluetooth stereo (A2DP) capability to stream music stored on your mobile phone or other Bluetooth devices.
