This already ski resort jacket returns with an additional feature to make it even better. The women's Lightray jacket has a rugged waterproofing thanks to the 2-layer GORE-TEX® fabric. Ladies can feel good about owning this jacket, because the GORE-TEX® is made of 100% recycled polyester. Another way Marmot tries to reduce their impact on the planet is by using a PFC Free durable water repellency treatment. Traditional waterproofing uses toxic Per-fluorinated chemicals which can't break down in the environment; Marmot uses natural materials that are better for the planet in order to make this a highly waterproof jacket. The latest rendition of the women's Lightray Jacket features an added layer of warmth, using PrimaLoft® Eco Black insulation, with 80 grams in the body, and 60 grams in the arms. To up the feel-good level, the PrimaLoft® Eco Black is made of 60% recycled materials. Now the jacket will be more versatile for colder days on the chairlift. There are a number of features that make the jacket perfect for the resort. If you start to heat up from ripping the moguls are glades, open the PitZips to release heat quickly. The hood is helmet compatible for extra protection on nasty weather days, and the top of the zipper protects your skin by using a DriClime® Lined Chin Guard. You'll be able to move through the lift line quickly, because of the Sleeve Pass Pocket; no more fumbling in front of the ticket checker to find your pass. Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL)
The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size (
eg.
a mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm). Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. Without this precise manufacturer's measurement, we cannot mount your skis.
If we are given incorrect mounting info, the buyer will be responsible for any remounting or restocking fees.
Binding Check:
Buyer is responsible
for taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.  We do NOT set DIN levels.
Product Availability
Our eBay store shares much of its inventory with our family-owned retail store in Stowe, VT and sometimes our inventory is not accurate due to purchases made locally. If you purchase something that is sold out, we will try our best to find you a suitable replacement item. Any payment for an item that is not available will be refunded immediately. Keep in mind that weekend purchases are not finalized until Monday due to our eBay Department schedule.
